This compressor wasn’t particularly noisy, but produced an irritating tone which made work conditions unpleasant. SDS reduced the noise from 81dB(A) down to 68dB(A) which improved the working environment.
A reduction of 13dB(A) represents a 95% reduction in the power of the noise.
